It is important to document what you are shipping to us. To ensure your convenience and ease of effort, we are providing you with some simple quidelines for shipping your item(s) to us. We also have provided printable mailing labels and packing list/order forms [in GIF and PDF formats] to assist you and hopefully save you some time. If you need any additional shipping information from us, please call us at 248-821-3450 between 8am and 5pm EST and one of our staff will be happy to assist you. 1. Select the right size box. Use only well constructed boxes that are designed to withstand the rigors of normal shipping and handling. Avoid lightweight or thin cardboard containers or boxes reused from consumer products.

2. Please wrap all items separately. Use ample packing material such as "bubble wrap" or packing peanuts. Avoid wrapping heavy items with smaller and more fragile items. If necessary, double box all of your valuable items to ensure their safe shipping.

3. If you are double boxing, please attach address labels onto all inner boxes as well as on the outside of the shipping box (use our convenient mailing labels).

4.Please inventory all of the items you are sending (use the convenient packing list/order forms [in GIF and PDF formats] located on this site). Keep a copy for your records, be sure to enclose a copy with the items.
Example:
Correct: "Coffee urn with lid"
Incorrect: "Coffee urn"
The more complete description will help us determine if there are any missing pieces before we start the job.

5.Your information should include Name, Address, Apt#, Zip Code, Phone and e-mail address if available.

insurance

Please include the INSURED VALUE OF THE ITEM(S) BEING SHIPPED. Always insure your items to their true value. We will return the items at your stated insured value.

Our company has a 24 hr. monitored state of the art fire and theft alarm system on our premises. However, due to prohibitive costs, we advise all customers that our company does not carry insurance for customer goods. Before you ship anything to us, please make sure that you have the item fully insured by your own insurance company.

After we have have inspected your item(s) and reviewed the information provided by you, we will contact you and discuss the final quote price and delivery dates of the finished item(s).

If you are unable to prepare the package yourself we suggest that you take your item to a retail shipper like "Mail Boxes Etc." to help prepare and ship your box to us.

return shipment of your item(s)

All return shipments of customer goods will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise directed by the customer. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage for customer items in transit.
